We are a group from the eastern Massachusetts area, excited to be moving into a 34-unit cohousing neighborhood which residents helped to design. Our beautiful site, located in Berlin, MA, was developed along with Mosaic Commons to form Sawyer Hill EcoVillage.

Many families are now living in their beautiful new homes. This month has seen lots of active gardening, yoga, board gaming & movie nights. As the summer winds down, there are end-of-summer parties and the plans for holiday gatherings have started to gear up!

There are still units and affordable (40B) units available. Models are open and tours available by appointment and every Sunday, 12:30 - 2:30 PM at 46 Sawyerhill Road, Berlin MA.
