We are a group of people from the metro-west Boston, MA area, currently developing a 36-unit cohousing site. We have recently closed on a beautiful piece of land on which to build our neighborhood. This site, located in Berlin, MA, will be developed jointly with Mosaic Commons.

We usually have about 30 people at our meetings - including our equity members, associate members and observers - and are excited to be entering the design phase of our project.
